What the subscription includes
Unlimited standard song and beat generation and permitted voice cloning while paid access is active, without a per-song credit charge. Normal processing times, simultaneous-job limits, service availability and rules against automated abuse still apply. Other paid tools remain credit-based unless a later agreement explicitly includes them.
Which music is covered
Each standard song or beat generated using active Unlimited access is covered. Songs made before joining and songs paid for with ordinary credits are not covered by this agreement. Extensions and other credit-based tools are covered only when their task has an Unlimited usage receipt.
How the 5% works
The share is 5% of revenue you actually receive from a covered song through streaming, downloads, sales and licences. If collaborators or a distributor receive their share before paying you, the calculation starts from the amount you receive.
When the two years start
The period is 24 calendar months from each covered song’s first commercial release. A covered song first released on October 15, 2026 reaches the end of its revenue-share period on October 15, 2028. A song that is never commercially released does not produce a release royalty.
What cancellation means
You can cancel future subscription renewals. Unlimited generation ends after the paid subscription period. Existing covered songs remain subject to their own 24-month revenue-share periods; cancellation does not restart or extend those periods.
Voice permissions still matter
A subscription would not grant permission to use another person’s voice, recordings, lyrics or name. Artists shown in the catalog are not endorsing your release. You would need the necessary rights before releasing a track, and the current restriction on distributing artist-voice clones through ReplicaBeats remains in place.
How this relates to Distribute
ReplicaBeats Distribute is a separate service with its own 95/5 arrangement. Joining Unlimited does not replace or amend that distribution agreement.
How checkout and access work
The acceptance below is stored with the exact agreement version before PayPal checkout. Unlimited access lasts through the verified paid-through date. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten an already paid period or end an existing covered song's 24-month royalty term.
