This Privacy Policy describes how ReplicaBeats collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your email address and account metadata used for sign-in via Supabase Auth
  • Usage data — prompts you submit, songs you generate, and credits used
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers and checkout partners such as PayPal and Gumroad. We do not store your card details directly.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and (via Microsoft Clarity) anonymized mouse movement, clicks, and session recordings used to improve the site

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the ReplicaBeats service
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscription
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
  • To improve the service and troubleshoot issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — authentication, database storage, and user song storage
  • Music generation providers — third-party APIs that turn your prompts into audio
  • Payment processors — to handle billing securely
  • Railway — cloud hosting provider
  • Google Analytics — page views, traffic sources, and on-site events
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps, session recordings, and click/scroll maps. Clarity masks typed input by default

4. Data Retention

Generated songs may first appear through temporary upstream delivery links, but ReplicaBeats attempts to archive finished songs into your library storage for continued playback and download. Songs you have not starred are automatically deleted 30 days after they are generated. Starred songs are kept for as long as your account is active. Download anything you want to keep. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use first-party analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people use and how they move around the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at milanomadame6@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication through Supabase. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

ReplicaBeats is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
