- Account information — name and email address when you sign up via Clerk authentication
- Usage data — prompts you submit, songs you generate, and credits used
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / Paddle). We do not store your card details.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and general usage analytics
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the ReplicaBeats service
- To manage your account, credits, and subscription
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
- To improve the service and troubleshoot issues
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- KIE.ai / Suno — AI music generation (your prompts are sent to generate songs)
- Payment processors — to handle billing securely
- Railway — cloud hosting provider
4. Data Retention
Generated songs are stored temporarily via third-party CDN and may expire after approximately 24 hours. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
