  • Account information — your email address and account metadata used for sign-in via Supabase Auth
  • Usage data — prompts you submit, songs you generate, and credits used
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers and checkout partners such as PayPal and Gumroad. We do not store your card details directly.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and general usage analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the ReplicaBeats service
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscription
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
  • To improve the service and troubleshoot issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — authentication, database storage, and user song storage
  • KIE.ai / Suno — AI music generation (your prompts are sent to generate songs)
  • Payment processors — to handle billing securely
  • Railway — cloud hosting provider

4. Data Retention

Generated songs may first appear through temporary upstream delivery links, but ReplicaBeats attempts to archive finished songs into your library storage for continued playback and download. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication through Supabase. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
