1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReplicaBeats, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ReplicaBeats is an AI-powered music generation platform that creates original songs in the style of various artists. We use third-party AI models to generate audio content based on user prompts. Generated songs are original AI creations — they are not recordings by or of any real artist.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate songs. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits.
• Credits can be purchased through our subscription plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplicaBeats to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or harmful to any person or group
• Impersonate real artists in a way that is misleading or fraudulent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Resell or redistribute generated audio as the work of a real artist without disclosure that it is AI-generated

5. Intellectual Property & License

All songs generated through ReplicaBeats are original AI-created compositions. The license granted to you depends on your plan:

• Free plan: Songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, monetize, or commercially exploit generated audio in any way.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio): You are granted a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use, distribute, sell, and monetize the generated audio, including but not limited to: selling beats on marketplaces, licensing to other creators, using in monetized videos or films, and releasing on streaming platforms.

Regardless of plan, ReplicaBeats makes no claim to ownership or royalties on your generated content. Artist names and likenesses are for style reference only — ReplicaBeats is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist. Generated songs must be disclosed as AI-generated when required by applicable law or platform policy.

6. Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated songs are stylistic interpretations only. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose. Songs may expire from our servers and are not guaranteed to be available indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplicaBeats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of credits, or inability to access generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
